Terms of Service
These terms govern the use of DepositScope. By creating an account you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
1. The service
DepositScope analyses public blockchain records for wallet addresses you submit and returns a value score, risk indicators, and a gambling footprint, through the web interface or the API. We may change or improve the analysis at any time; scoring rules are tuned regularly, and the same address can receive a different verdict later.
2. Who may use it
The service is sold to businesses only — licensed gambling operators and their service providers. You must be at least 18 and must hold any licence your activity requires. You may not use the service if sanctions law prohibits us from dealing with you.
3. Accounts
- You are responsible for everything done under your account and API keys.
- Keep credentials confidential; tell us immediately if they are exposed. Keys can be rotated at any time from the product without downtime.
- We may suspend an account that is being used to attack, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
4. Free trial and paid plans
- New accounts include a free trial limited to a fixed number of addresses, shown in the product. The trial is for evaluating the service, not for running it in production.
- Paid plans and their volumes are listed on the pricing page. Fees are quoted in EUR and paid in USDT on the TRON network to the address shown in your account.
- There is no automatic billing and no card on file. Payments you send are credited to a prepaid balance in your account by our team; we do not store payment card data at all.
- From your balance you can move up to a higher plan yourself: one month of the new plan is taken at once and the plan switches immediately. The month after that is agreed with us and is never charged automatically. Moving down a plan goes through your manager.
- A database audit is a separately priced one-off job and is not available on every plan. Addresses beyond any prepaid allowance are charged to your balance, at the price shown in the product, when you submit the audit.
- Usage above your plan's volume does not stop verdicts from being produced — we contact you to adjust the plan. Blocking a verdict at the moment of a deposit would break the thing you are paying for.
- Fees already paid are not refundable, except where law requires otherwise — and with one exception we apply automatically: if an address in an audit could not be analysed, for example because a blockchain data provider failed, its price is returned to your balance when the audit finishes.
5. Your data and your players
- You confirm you have a lawful basis to send us the wallet addresses and player identifiers you submit, and that you have informed your players as your own privacy notice requires.
- We process that data only to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share it with other customers and do not use it to enrich anyone else's results.
- You can delete a player's data at any time through the product; deletion is immediate and irreversible, and we record that it happened so you can evidence it to a regulator.
- Do not send us special category data, government identity documents, or payment card data. The service does not need them.
6. What the verdict is — and is not
This section matters more than the rest, so it is plain:
- Verdicts are probabilistic conclusions from public data, produced by matching addresses against our own labelled database. Coverage is stated in every verdict, and what we cannot see is stated too.
- A verdict is not legal, financial, or compliance advice, not a KYC or AML determination, and not a substitute for transaction monitoring or sanctions screening that your licence requires.
- Labels can be wrong or out of date. Operators rotate wallets, and custodial services share infrastructure between many brands.
- You remain solely responsible for decisions you take — paying a bonus, holding a withdrawal, closing an account, or reporting to a regulator.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to stalk, harass, or expose an individual; to resell or redistribute our labelled data as a dataset; to scrape the product; or to build a competing database from its output. You may use verdicts inside your own business, including sharing an individual verdict with your regulator or auditor.
8. Availability
We aim for continuous availability and monitor the service around the clock, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Third-party blockchain data providers can fail or rate-limit us; when a provider fails, the verdict says so rather than quietly returning a thinner answer. Any agreed service levels for paid plans are set out in the order or contract.
9. Intellectual property
The service, its interface, and our labelled address database remain ours. You keep everything you send us. Verdicts produced for you may be used freely inside your business.
10. Confidentiality
Each side keeps the other's non-public information confidential and uses it only for the purpose of this agreement.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, neither side is liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or lost goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to it. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.
12. Term and termination
Either side may terminate with 30 days' notice. We may suspend or terminate immediately for non-payment, unlawful use, or a breach that endangers the service. On termination we delete your account data on request, subject to records we must keep by law.
While an account is suspended, the service and the API are paused. Requests to delete a player's data keep working throughout: an erasure request does not depend on whether an invoice is paid.
13. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes are announced to account holders by email at least 30 days in advance. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept them.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, and the courts of Poland have exclusive jurisdiction, unless a separate signed agreement says otherwise.
